Varekort Bystanders (region 3) What is man's responsibility to his fellow human beings? That's a question explored in Bystanders, an investigation thriller from Can't Live Without Robbery director Im Kyung Soo with a deeper message. Their investigation eventually leads them directly to a middle school student who has long suffered abuse at the hands of school bullies.
